This is what we do Organization and preparation of international service travel for service technicians (m/w/d) and external operations. Coordination of all administrative topics around global employee assignments. Communication and coordination with internal departments, customers, authorities and international contacts. Creation and maintenance of service orders, cost orders, invoices and travel cost accounting. Support for evaluations, presentations and optimization of global mobility processes and international projects.

Enrich our team You have completed your training or studies in the field of business management, human resources management, economic law or comparable qualifications. They bring experience in the field of international employee assignments, application for visa, A1 or work permit processes. Extensive sense of responsibility, flexibility, and efficient, structured and independent working. Communication strength and joy in cooperation with international contacts. Safe handling of current MS Office applications, as well as good German and English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
