You are responsible for the timely preparation and examination of individual participation planning and development reports in cooperation with other professional groups. You participate in helper conferences and assessments and are responsible for the social questions in the team.

Look forward to an indefinite working relationship of 20 to 25 hours – temporary hourly increases are announced in advance in the long term. We design the service plan together with you.
