Installation and commissioning of new plants and extensions of existing plants Technical setup of customer orders Building and setting up test environments for hardware and software Testing and operating updates accept and edit faults, telephone or online Error and log file analysis to find the cause of technical problems perform maintenance and maintenance work Advise and train customers for questions about the ELAM system Document service inserts and create reports Technically support sales in offers Work closely with development, support and project management.

Complete training in IT, e.g. as a specialist in system integration, IT system electronics or a comparable qualification Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft environments Basic knowledge of network technology, TCP/IP and WLAN Experience in fault analysis and technical problem solving Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Good knowledge of MSSQL databases desirable Embossed service and customer orientation Communication strength and team capacity driving licence class B Ready for occasional operations at the customer Cross-comers with corresponding IT experience are also welcome.
