Your duties

• Independent purchase and control of the process: You take over the independent execution of purchases of developmental multi-family houses in Germany and control the entire purchase process, including due diligence and negotiation
• Process development and cooperation: Developing together with Asset Management They work closely with partners:inside and internal teams
• Relationship management and partnerships: They maintain existing business contacts and build new partnerships to secure long-term business opportunities
• Investment analysis and modernization planning: They identify, evaluate and model investment opportunities, take into account modernisation measures for energy efficiency (manage-to-green) and develop technical and economic solutions
• Pipeline management and achievement: They monitor the sourcing pipeline, conduct negotiations and make sure that the area targets for real estate purchase are achieved

Your profile

• You have a completed study or training as a real estate businesswoman:mann and several years of professional experience in the purchase of multi-family houses, have profound knowledge of the real estate market, know various valuation methods and are familiar with the legal framework
• You are an expert:in the underwriting of real estate and can independently apply market-standard procedures - DCF, multiples or comparison values are not foreign words for you
• You have experience in assessing modernization measures. Through your understanding of construction technology, you can develop solutions together with our technicians:
• You have good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and can prove fluent German knowledge in word and writing
• You have a safe and competent appearance as well as enforcement ability as well as enhanced negotiation security
• A high readiness to travel within Germany complete your profile
