These are your tasks Credit support: responsible support of associated problem credit cases from the segments of corporate customers and real estate investors. Negotiations: Representation of MBS in negotiations with borrowers, lawyers, consultancy and other internal and external parties. Credit analysis: Detailed analysis of credit links and development of suitable strategies for their redevelopment and further processing. Decision templates: creation, voting and implementation of qualified decision templates for the relevant bodies. Leadership: Leadership of a small team of specialists as well as professional and personal development of your employees. Process design: participation in the further development of our processes in the rehabilitation and intensive care of relevant credit relationships. We wish you Qualification: A completed study to/from the bank business operator:in/savings banks business operator:in or a comparable study Professional experience: Founded professional experience in credit business with corporate customers and real estate investors, including consortium loans. Specialization: Insufficient experience with reorganization and restructuring processes in the credit business of a bank or savings bank, as well as a basic understanding of legal issues in the care of credit customers in situations close to insolvency. Leadership: Team-oriented and cooperative leadership understanding, coupled with high operational readiness, flexibility and loadability. Analysis: Impressed ability to penetrate complex relationships quickly, to process solutions and to evaluate them safely. Communication: A safe occurrence, a very good communication capability and a pronounced negotiation skill, German knowledge at the native language level (C2). You can expect from us An annual salary between 67,700 – 101,200 Euro (TVöD-S, max. pay group 13) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your qualification. 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers. The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation. 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December and special days for special occasions.
