Control, monitoring and further development of processes Self-working of complex problems Configuration and technical specification of IT end devices for technical components Coordination and advice of customers and customer representatives on IT-specific topics Configuration and introduction of new IT end devices and network devices / new IT products in coordination with other IT departments of SoCura companies Control and coordination of IT partner management Control and monitoring of manufacturer partnerships (certification level, sales targets, rebates, etc.) Introduction and technical implementation of new shopping cart articles (WKA) and service category (SK) structures Shopping Cart Design incl. prices, delivery and technical specifications IT lease management Implementation of service and product calculations Price and contract negotiations Implementation of market and price research Processing of tenders and complex supply requirements Interdisciplinary coordination of tasks and processes with other teams in the SoCura companies Support for team and department management in special tasks and projects ADDITIONAL FOR TEAMKOORDINATION: Coordination of workflows and assignments in the team Responsible definition and design of the processes for the tasks to be performed Analysis, control, monitoring and further development of processes (also across teams) Testing and updating the documentation and instructions for the team Exchange, coordination and, if necessary, escalation to internal departments/teams and to service users Support of the department management, among others, for special tasks and projects Support and co-design of personnel development, including talent scouting

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the Systemhausumfeld Project experience as a team manager e.g. onboarding new customers or process changes IT affinity and good hardware knowledge in the field of IT end devices ITIL 4 certification Self-employed, quality- and targeted working methods as well as analytical, solution-oriented thinking High customer and service orientation Team player with strong communication and organizational ability and good understanding
