IT System Administrator - Windows / M365 / Virtualization / Security (m/f/d)

We from Majori GmbH are a personal consultancy with a focus on IT positions. For a stock customer from a future-proof industry (Technology / Industry 4.0 / Sustainability) we are looking for qualified reinforcement in the field of IT infrastructure at the aforementioned locations.

User- & Rights Management: Installation until deactivation of accounts, groups, permissions, documentation & monitoring Administration & Support of Windows Server, Clients and Central Business Applications Operation/Development of Active Directory (GPOs, Structure, Policies) and Mail/Collaboration (e.g. Exchange or M365 – depending on the setup) Virtualization: operation, maintenance and support of the platform (e.g. VMware/Hyper-V) Security & infrastructure concepts: remote access, storage, external data exchange, backup & recovery, encryption Troubleshooting in ongoing IT operation (2nd/3rd level), root analysis and sustainable troubleshooting Planning, configuring and monitoring IT security measures (harming, patch and update strategies, monitoring) Technology Scouting: Evaluation of new tools/applications and collaboration on improvement projects Documentation of processes, systems and changes (clean, comprehensible, auditable)

Training/study in the IT environment (e.g. technical informatics system integration, IT system electronics, computer science, etc.) or comparable practical experience Funded knowledge in Microsoft stack: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, Client Management Experience in virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V) and basic understanding of network/storage/backup Understanding IT security in infrastructure context (justifications, curing, encryption, secure access) Structured working, Ownership and the ability to solve complex topics pragmatically German safe, English good (document/manufacturer communication) Nice-to-have (no must): Linux Basics, PowerShell/Automatization, M365/Azure, Monitoring Tools, Endpoint Management
