You are an experienced leader with enthusiasm to meet the increased global requirements in operational purchasing. Stability through global guarantee of delivery with professional capacity and utilisation management at critical suppliers Excellence on building and controlling a structured, globally unified Supplier Relationship Management Harmonisation and professionalisation of operational purchasing processes across all regions Improving efficiency through automation and the use of digital workflows and systems Takeover of a global leadership role with direct responsibility for operational stability, escalation and sustainability

Multiannual leadership experience in operational purchasing / supply chain in global, multi-layered structures Detectional Successes in Supplier Relationship Management incl. Escalation management Strong competence in capacity and utilization control for critical suppliers Experience in the introduction of global standards, methods and governance frameworks High operating hands on ability in crises and bottleneck situations Embossed communication and stakeholder skills in international, partially tense situations
