Rumble GmbH & Co. KG is a joint subsidiary of Lensing Media, Medienhaus Bauer, rubens and temmingmedia. We are an integral part of the four motherhouses. We bundle our digital skills from marketing, sales, product development, data and technology, transforming our motherhouses. Our Volontariat takes 24 months to get to know six of our editors. The focus is on cooperation in our local content teams.New volunteers (m/w/d) are usually set at the beginning of each quarter, i.e. 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October. You'll get to know six different editors, focusing on our local content teams. From the start, you are part of the editorial board and actively participate in the thesis, research and production of content. You will be trained cross-medialy, in text, photo, video, AI and everything that the future holds ready. You receive regular internal and external training on changing journalistic topics and working methods. You get feedback from experienced journalists (m/w/d) and develop your own journalistic voice step by step.

Your basis is a journalistic experience that you have already gained through internships and free collaboration. You have also completed your studies or vocational training. You have a sense of local topics and interest in people and stories on site. The debate on the current political and social events is of course for you. You score with the joy of working with digital media. You are mobile (leader's license) and flexible with regard to temporarily changing applications.

Variety guaranteed: You work in six different editorial teams and get exciting insights into different topics and working methods. Your learning, growing, experiencing: look forward to monthly internal training, four weeks of external training and a variety of internships. Time for you: You get 30 vacation days and plan them as flexible as you need them. .
