Senior Coach Veterinary Medicine - Practice Management / KPIs (m/f/d)

You are Sparringspartner:in for economic performance and translates KPI knowledge into concrete measures that you will show to the practical management teams You accompany the implementation of these measures on site, track progress and adjust as needed together with the practical management team At the opening of new practices, you accompany the Lead Vets hands-on and provide them with the central control and working methods for a successful practice You analyze the practices across the network and systematically and identify economic levers such as the fall mix, the rebooking rate, the utilization, the average treatment value (AGT) as well as the efficiency of treatment processes and personnel use You carry out the 'Development and Coaching Team' (consisting of Lead Vet Coach (Junior), Practice Management Coaches and Personal Development Coaches) and coordinate the overarching operations You analyse cross-sectional patterns and challenges in our practices and prepare them structuredly for regular exchange with the management to derive targeted improvements

You have a completed study of veterinary medicine and have at least 6 years of practical experience in pet medicine or comparable areas with You have well-founded leadership experience - ideally also in interdisciplinary teams - and also enjoy supplementary experience in practical management or coaching You have a deep understanding of the economic relationships and drivers (GuV, Budget Logic, Operational KPIs) of a veterinarian's practice and primarily recognize the possibilities for optimization and support the teams in the implementation You are strong in analytical thinking: You quickly collect complex data, consider it structured and find solution-oriented approaches and also think unconventional ways You work hands-on, show great self-initiative and do not wait for instructions, but bring proactive solutions You are communicatively strong: You promote the exchange, enter empathically and can put others in your motivation
