Senior Systems Engineer (m/w/d) – Mainframe Production Control (m/w/d) from now on and in full time preferred in Bonn, Strausberg or Wilhelmshaven, alternatively nationwide at one of our BWI locations. The CDO SSO CO 1 ITOM 2 Application division is part of the CDO SSO CO 1 IT Operation Management (ITOM 2) division and is responsible for the operation of host procedures, supported in the background processing of SAP user jobs, controls the access to the host processes via the RACF Administration (Ressource Access Control Facility) and fulfills the obligations laid down in the Herkules contract to print, reprocess and dispatch all the existing lists from the centralized systems.

Construction, analysis and optimization of job networks

Implementation of new and changed batch processes in our ZWS scheduling system

Defining the parameters for the output management system with regard to printer and list definitions, archiving of data carriers and online access for users on lists

Processing Service Requests, Incidents and Change Orders

Second and third level activities, report, edit and clean job breaks

Creation of technical trend analyses

Knowledge building and management, know-how transfer in the team and documentation

Participation in readiness

Successfully completed IT-related studies or a comparable qualification

Min. 5 years of experience in the Mainframe environment – Production control

Good knowledge in the field of (great)computers z/OS) and architecture

Very good knowledge of Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS)

Embossed communication and persuasiveness

German and English skills
