Analysis, recording and technical design of EDI requirements along the order-to-cash and Procure-to-Pay processes Conception and development of EDIFACT interfaces, including message flows, mapping logics, validation rules and error handling Development and adaptation of mappings (e.g. EDIFACT to XML, IDoc or Flatfile) as well as maintenance of partner and communication profiles Support and monitoring of EDI communication paths and protocols (e.g. AS2, SFTP, OFTP2, SMTP) Monitoring, analysis and sustainable elimination of disturbances in EDI operation (2nd-/3rd-level support, root-cause analyses) Planning and implementation of partner onboardings, including test coordination and acceptance (end-to-end tests) Creation and maintenance of technical documentation such as mapping specifications, message implementation guides and test concepts Close cooperation with internal departments and IT as well as external customers, suppliers and service providers
Complete training in the IT environment (e.g. specialist:in for system integration / application development) Multiannual practical experience in the EDI/EDIFACT environment (consultation, implementation, operation or project work) Very good understanding of EDIFACT structures, segmental logics and validation mechanisms Experience in mapping and data transformation as well as in structured troubleshooting Understanding end-to-end B2B integration processes and their technical and technical relationships Embossed communication skills and safe occurrence at the interface between specialist, IT and external partners But no need: SAP SD R/3 experience or basic understanding of SD processes (Order-to-Cash), experience with SAP IDoc, SAP EDI setups Very good German and English knowledge in Word and Writing (min. B2)
