Team Leader Complete Equipment Construction / Assembly (m/f/d)

Manufacturer of mechanical assemblies and equipment, milling and turning parts and water jet cutting parts. Processing of stainless steel, aluminum and plastics. From prototype to series assembly. For 30 years, we have been producing as a medium-sized owner-managed company with over 70 employees for companies in the fields of medical technology, optics and measurement systems, automation, aerospace and machine and plant engineering. As a strategic partner of top manufacturers in the top market segment, we take over the production of products and services as well as assembly of assemblies that do not belong to their core competencies or are outsourced for capacitive reasons. We develop the processes to match the customer products/ devices. This is all under the influence of the lean approach and the CSDP support. Our customers are able to concentrate on their own resources and priorities and have CNC machining machines of the highest quality without having to deal with their investment and utilisation problems. A secure cost base, as well as the possibility of flexible response to demand changes, means a risk reduction at a broad level. To expand our team in the field of assembly, we are looking for a full-time qualified and dedicated team leader.

Technical and organisational management of the assembly team Fine planning and control of production orders including work placement Coordination of working hours and shift planning Ensuring quality, schedule and presetting times Monitoring of productivity, quality and timing Active cooperation in assembly and production Support for new projects and process optimizations Ensuring material availability in coordination with purchasing and logistics Responsibility for processes and logistics processes Team members' involvement, development and support Close coordination with the area management

Technical training in mechanics, mechatronics or comparable Experience in complete equipment construction or assembly First leadership experience or motivation to take responsibility Further qualification desirable for master or technician Organizational strength and understanding of production processes Hands on mentality and structured working Knowledge of the PC Teamability, enforcement strength and communication skills
