Own implementation of administrative and technical tasks within the projects, such as: the organisation of service providers and the handling of call number portings. First contact for our company customers, service providers and internal specialist departments Coordination of external service providers Monitoring of dates and support of the projects until successful commissioning with the customer. Support in offering calculation and creation as well as controlling the orders. Participation in continuous quality and process improvements.

Completed commercial training Practical experience in commercial material processing in a service company and in customer contact Ideally professional experience in the telecommunications industry and at least reliable German in word and writing Good knowledge of English is advantageous You have a very good feeling in dealing with customers and know when to reach the listener or when an email is enough You possess a good technical understanding, capture complex facts in a short time and quickly find suitable solutions Your organizational ability and hands-on mentality complete your profile
