Number: MER00037XI Construction of tools for car construction With your craftsmanship and skills, you want to build the tools that make our cars? In this training you will learn everything about the production and assembly of various tools and technical systems. Your tasks Manual and machine material processing, such as tiles, sawing, drilling, turning, milling and forming Production and assembly of punching and forming tools Creating, testing and optimizing programs for numerically controlled machine tools Heat treatment of tools and performance of hardness tests Basics of additive or generative production with the production method 3D printing

Technical understanding and craft talent Good knowledge of mathematics and physics Interest in modern manufacturing processes Good spatial imagination Responsibility, carefulness and precise functioning Additional information: Start your training with an attractive remuneration of 1.083 euros in the first year of training up to 1.373.50 euros last year (depending on location). If you complete your training successfully, you have the best chance to take over. We are particularly pleased with applications for people with disabilities.
