Your tasks:

• Coordination of repairs, changes, optimizations with the Toolmakers (internal and external)
• Coordination of all activities in injection moulding new tools patterning, pre-series (material and capacity planning) up to Serial release
• creation and consultation of specifications for tools, Machinery and equipment
• Supporting Ratio Projects (material saving, productivity, etc.)
• production of serial documentation (phase releases, Serial transfer and the like)
• Creating results presentation of experiments including the Reviews
• Experience with pattern according to APQP desirable

Your profile:

• Completed training technician/master (m/w/d) or many years of experience in mould construction and injection moulding
• knowledge of Lean Management desirable
• mastery of common MS Office applications
• ERP knowledge is advantageous
• Very good English knowledge in word and writing
• Reliable, independent and result-oriented operation
