Process Automation Expert (limited to 4 years)

You automate real end-to-end processes of an energy supplier with Celonis, RPA and data-driven solutions. Do you not only want to understand processes, but actively improve and automate them? Then you are right with us: you work on the central business processes and develop data-driven solutions that have real impact. You analyze business processes data-based (e.g. with Celonis, SQL or BI tools) You identify vulnerabilities, bottlenecks and automation potentials From data analysis, you will derive concrete optimization measures and recommendations for action You support the development and development of KPIs, reports and dashboards You are involved in the development and implementation of automation solutions (e.g. RPA) You support end-to-end automation and simple data logic You accompany the introduction of new solutions and ensure their quality and stability You improve existing processes together with the departments You translate technical requirements into technically feasible solutions You work closely with IT, projects and external partners You work in projects to further develop our processes and systems You take part tasks with analysis or automation reference You support digital transformation initiatives

a completed study (e.g. business informatics, BWL, computer science) or a comparable qualification first or multi-year experience in one of the areas: Data analysis (e.g. SQL, Celonis, Excel, Optional: Python) Automation (e.g. RPA) IT-related projects by your ability to understand and translate data into concrete measures with a structured, analytical and independent operation through communication strength and joy in cooperation
