As a project manager, you take over the planning and implementation of innovative construction projects that make our work fit for the future. Bring your expertise and leadership skills to sustainable solutions together with internal teams and external partners. Your tasks:

Planning and cost estimation of exciting construction projects – from the first idea to the final implementation - Requesting the necessary means and ensuring that the projects are implemented on time and in the budget framework Coordination and supervision of external service providers such as architects, engineering offices and construction companies Precise cost estimates for essential maintenance projects and ongoing measures Development of future work concepts for building and infrastructure Participation in the creation of construction applications and BImSchG applications Leadership of small project teams and take responsibility as project management

Complete technical studies, preferably in the field of construction Relevant professional experience in the implementation of construction projects First leadership experience or ability to lead smaller teams and external partners Ideally in possession of permission to the building template High level of communication capability, organizational capacity and independent and pragmatic mode of operation Expressed responsibility and cost awareness Flexibility, independence, enforcement and team skills German and English skills Safe handling of current MS Office applications
