At the closest possible time, we are looking for a general manager of clinics / director (m/w/d) with a comprehensive procura and a clear perspective on a later takeover of the management. You understand how to strengthen the organization internally, develop and inspire executives, and to represent the company confidently and convincingly to the outside. Strategic and operational overall management of rehabilitation clinics with focus on highest patient orientation, medical quality and sustainable economics Leadership, development and motivation of clinic locations as well as interdisciplinary teams from doctors: women, therapists: women, nurses and administration Responsibility for the implementation and further development of the corporate strategy in close coordination with all key stakeholders Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory and contractual requirements (including SGB, Quality Policy, Compliance) Development and optimization of processes, structures and services to increase efficiency, quality and competitiveness Responsibility for budget planning, cost management, investment decisions and economic indicators Representation of the clinic to cost providers, authorities, representatives:in politics, external service providers and other relevant stakeholders Active participation of innovation and future projects, in particular in the field of modern rehabilitation and supply concepts

Successfully completed studies in business management, health management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and management experience in a comparable position within a clinic, rehabilitation clinic or healthcare Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to translate strategic goals into operational measures High social competence, empathy and integrity in dealing with employees, patients:inside and external partners Detectional experience in managing and developing executives and complex organisational units Analytical and Structured Operation with High Reaction Strength with Simultaneous Solution Orientation Funded knowledge in controlling, contracting and budgeting as well as in controlling economic indicators Very good negotiating skills and sovereign occurrence vis-à-vis cost providers and authorities expressed communication skills, sense of responsibility as well as a valuable, team-oriented leadership style,
