They plan and implement existing and new (IT) projects in close coordination and cooperation with our departments. They develop a fundamental understanding of project content in the complex context of German healthcare. They moderate as well as prepare internal and external workshops, work or Project group meetings with project members. They control and coordinate project participants and service providers e.g. using a ticket system. They analyze project input methodically and prepare project decisions. You will present your work results and progress towards customers, colleagues and management. You actively participate in the improvement of our processes and the further development of our company - your ideas will be heard with us.

You have completed your studies, preferably with IT reference. You have at least two years of professional experience as a project manager (m/w/d) – ideally in building SaaS solutions and platforms. You have experience with software development projects and with the control and moderation of interdisciplinary project teams. They master classic, agile and/or hybrid project management methods. You have knowledge in handling ticket-based project management software (e.g. Microsoft Planner, Jira). With your independent, proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented working methods as well as your analytical skills, you can advance the team. They have knowledge of German and good English that is safe for negotiation.
