This is your responsibility: Service: You take over the service activity including all associated tasks within the branch. You answer first questions about our products. Dates: You agree on both the phone and personal appointments. Online Banking: Take 1st level support for online banking. Customers: You recognize the needs of our customers and actively forward to the customer advisors. Customer Relationship: Build a business relationship with our customers through your empathic personality.

To convince us: Training: You have completed a commercial or comparable training. A completed bank training is advantageous, but no need. Service orientation: A strong service idea for our customers is your first priority. Appearance: You get on the phone safely and You have already gained first experience in customer contact. Collaboration: You like to work in the team and you can easily get in touch with people. This allows you to show your sales skills every day. Operation: Loadability in times of increased customer revenue and a careful working procedure will distinguish you.
