As an object manager, they take over a central task in commissioning and become part of a dynamic and specialized department within production. They assume the responsibility for an object and thus the professional management of the product line and suppliers to be coordinated with the aim of leading the object from the equipment to the test on time and quality. You will receive a transmission of duties as a coordinator of the object in the sense of occupational safety and thus directly ensure the safe working conditions for all parties involved in the object, initiate necessary measures and monitor their implementation. They generate the necessary reporting for the status of the object and report in the context of the shopfloor management, derive measures and monitor their implementation. In carrying out nautical tests, you take over the professional guidance of the watch and maintenance team and are technically responsible for maintaining the testable condition of the object.

You can demonstrate a completed technical-nature studies or a comparable qualification. You have professional experience in naval shipbuilding or have experience in this or similar areas. They have strong conceptual skills to reconcile processes and project requirements. They have knowledge of the technical application of quality-specific standards such as ISO 9001/9100, AQAP and Marine construction regulations. They have detectable experience in the professional leadership of employees and communicate convincingly and efficiently in German and English. They perform confidently and positively, communicate convincingly and are characterized by a pronounced team spirit. They are flexible and have implementation and change competence.
