Analysis and optimization of value creation and quality processes Establishment and monitoring of quality assurance gates for the detection and prevention of system safety points Implementation of comprehensive quality controls to ensure supplier, product and delivery quality Processing of customer complaints and error messages with cause analysis and action planning Implementation of quality circles for the sustainable removal of process and system disorders Creation and analysis of statistics and reports on complaints and errors

Completed technical training or comparable qualification Certification as DGQ specialist or TÜV quality manager Experience in quality assurance in a production company and project business Knowledge and experience in the application of common tools and methods of quality assurance Knowledge of process optimization and lean management Very good analytical, communication and organizational skills Secure handling of MS Office and SAP Very good communication skills in German and English
