Leadership and further development of a team of around 50 employees Ensuring a smooth production and packaging process Responsibility for personnel and shift planning Optimization of line performance, setup times and yield Monitoring relevant key figures such as productivity, committee and standstills Close cooperation with production and quality assurance

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification, for example as a dairy or cheese master (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in food production, ideally with more complex production machines Experience in the leadership of employees Good knowledge of hygiene, HACCP and IFS User knowledge in ERP or Production control software Willingness to work in early and late shift models
