Advice from managers and employees: You are the first contact person for development measures and accompany individual and team-related learning processes Training, training and workshops: You plan and organize targeted learning formats and guide them through or coordinate suitable trainers Training management: You enter the internal training offer, develop it strategically and keep current trends in mind Feedback Analysis and Optimization: You can evaluate feedback on training and development measures and make concrete improvements

Studies in Psychology, Social Sciences, Humanities or Economics – ideally focusing on personnel/organisational development – or a comparable qualification knowledge of personnel development, e.g. in learning processes, skills development or qualification planning; Experience in organizational development of advantage Experience with individual development plans, development dialogues or potential analyses You bring a basic systemic understanding and can arrange development measures in the organizational context Joy in providing solution-oriented advice and a high level of dialogue and communication skills – also in dealing with different stakeholders You communicate clearly, target-group-oriented and manage to transfer development impulses to everyday life in practice Structured working, organizational talent and diversity of ideas
