G1-2 Dean of the University Medicine Göttingen is looking for the earliest possible date: Researcher*in (w/m/d) at SkillsLab and Simulationpersons Program Part-time, 28.875 hours per week, limited for a period of 1 year In the (extra)curricular teaching of the course Human Medicine, practical skills and communicative skills are part competencies that students learn and practice in SkillsLabs. The written activity includes the organisation and qualification of simulation subjects used in the course of teaching and examinations. Furthermore, the quality assurance of the extracurricular offers of the SkillsLabs and the didactic qualification of the tutors belongs to the task area. Qualification of Simulation Persons for Communication Training and OSCE Tests Creation and maintenance of a database for the simulation person program Quality assurance and further development of SkillsLabs at UMG didactic qualification of tutors within the framework of the Train the Tutor program

You have knowledge of realistic simulations in the medical context and bring experience in the field of communication.
