Your tasks telephone and written customer support

Processing of commercial customer requests to electricity and gas (including invoice and contract questions, tariff extension)

Advice on products from the entire service portfolio

Increase customer satisfaction by quickly processing incoming requests

Preparation of talks

Your profile good knowledge of German in word and writing

PC applications (e.g. MS Office) are not a challenge for you

Advising others is your strength
