In particular, the focus is on the conceptual design of the IT transformation and the standardization. Together with the IT areas, our business partners and external support, cross-functional, strategic topics are advanced and actively controlled and communicated. In the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) of Mercedes-Benz AG you actively shape the transformation of our company. We ensure transparency and drive cooperation in the strategic pillar “Radical Standardization” – with clear communication, convincing branding and targeted change management. You will gain insights into the Mercedes-Benz digital transformation program across areas and topics

You shape and accompany internal communication campaigns that reach management and employees

You prepare workshops for the management team before and after – and thus contribute directly to decision-making

Build your own company-wide network and learn from experts

You design and implement independent communication formats – e.g. in the social intranet, newsletter or in presentations

You support the team in operating daily business and learn to react spontaneously and agilely to new requirements

The mandatory practice can begin from September 2025.

Course in Business Informatics, Communications or Media Sciences, Business Administration or Economics or in a comparable course

You are a team player who also keeps track of a dynamic environment

You show self-initiative, helpfulness and can also act flexibly and solution-oriented under time pressure

You think analytically and can easily prepare complex topics

You are interested in technologies and IT topics and are curious about the possibilities of generic AI

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

You bring a high affinity to digital media, new technologies, creativity and commitment with

Nice to have: knowledge of image and video editing as well as photo and graphic design
