• Focus Transformation & Innovation

Reporting to the Head of Strategy/Enterprise Development independent and ongoing analysis of emerging market developments within the industry (economy, politics, customer, technologies, competition, etc.), testing their impact for our company and business model, deriving recommendations for action and launching corresponding projects Independent and continuous analysis of our company (organization, processes, personnel, services etc.) to derive continuous optimization measures Creating information, decision and presentation documents including independent derivation and discussion of action recommendations, scenario design, business cases etc. Conception, initiation and management of strategy, growth, innovation projects including preparatory project planning (processes, timeline, capacity planning) Management of external consultants and ensuring successful cooperation Sparring partners for internal areas and motivator for suitable further development, initiator for innovation and change management

Completed studies, ideally with a focus on real estate or successfully completed training as a real estate businesswoman with multi-year professional experience Found experience in strategy, business development and project management Analytical and conceptual thinking and independent working Courage and fun in change processes, questions of status quo and solution-oriented thinking and action Self-employed, structured work Communication strength and flexibility Loadability, loyalty and reliability Team skills
