Support in the planning, organisation, as well as the preparation and follow-up of our training courses - from the first request to ensuring a smooth running on site Participation in the administration of the training (orders, registrations, online checks, scheduling) Processing of customer requests as well as competent information on appointments and training contents and procedures Supporting the (Trainer) team by planning the weekly team meetings, documentation (in Confluence) and ensuring sufficient training material on site
