Completed pedagogical training and/or studies (social workers · social teachers · educators · educators) Experience in youth and family support Openness, flexibility, initiative and team capacity Joy of creative, varied educational work Ready to work in the shift system German on C1 level (for reports and administrative work) English and/or other foreign languages (e.g. Arabic, Dari/Farsi, Kurdish, French) are a plus Nice to have: driving license, additional talents (e.g. sports, music, creative offers)
