WIE KANNST DU OUR TEAM BEREICHERN?

As a machine and plant leader, you are an important part of the thermoforming department of plastic components. With 9 of the most modern thermoform and twin-shell systems, you manufacture high-quality thermoform components together with colleagues.

**

• You serve and monitor our thermoform systems (e.g. twin-shell or single- thermoform systems) i.e. you control the entire production process on the machines you care for. Detects machine or process disorders and fixes them independently
• You set up the thermoforming systems and revamp them when changing the product. You're thinking of efficient layer transfer
• You can optimally adjust our deep-drawing programs, or you can also adjust the corresponding adjustments with changed parameters.
• You control the manufactured parts with the help of measuring and testing equipment to comply with quality standards and sort out defective products from
• You carry out regular maintenance work on the machines

DEIN PROFIL

• Complete training in a technical or plastics-processing profession (e.g. machine and plant guide, process mechanic plastic and rubber technology or comparable qualification as many years of relevant experience - we also form a thermoformer with appropriate understanding and technical skills within 6-12 months)
• Experience in the field of machine and plant guides, ideally in the field of plastic
• craftsmanship as well as technical understanding, safe handling of technical drawings and measuring devices (e.g. sliders or measuring probes)
• Careful operation, awareness of quality, order and cleanliness
• Team skills
