Experience in the industrial metallization of silicon solar cells by screen printing along complete production lines Deep process understanding in the interaction of screen printing system, paste system and layout requirements Practice in setting and optimizing printing parameters such as doctor printing, screen tension and printing speed Experience with inline drying and sintering processes including temperature profiles and curing behavior Safe handling of screen printing pastes as well as evaluating their influence on print image and electrical performance Experience in the production and analysis of finest conductor structures in the micrometer range on the front and back Experience in the integration and coordination of individual process steps within solar cell production Practice in working with HJT and TOPCon cell concepts in the industrial environment Understanding the material-side influences of silver and metal-containing pastes on metallization Research experience for the substitution of silver by copper in metallization pastes for solar cells
