Type of employment: Full time

You will be able to prepare meals for breakfast buffets, coffee breaks and lunch and dinner (buffet or menu). You are responsible for orders, goods acceptance and professional storage. You ensure compliance with all hygiene regulations (HACCP) and ensure order and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area. You support the integration and further training of colleagues. If necessary, you can support the service (e.g. for events) and, of course, you can also pack in flushing and cleaning work.

Completed training Koch (all genders) or well-founded practical experience in a hotel kitchen Knowledge of HACCP and pronounced awareness of cleanliness and quality high loadability, flexibility and structured operation Team skills and motivation to take responsibility Good knowledge of German or English Willingness to shift work (between 5:30 and 22:00), also on weekends and holidays
