Process Technician/Engineer Film Extrusion (m/f/d)

Central contact for extrusion processes of our flexible films, as well as deep-drawing films made of PP, CPET, APET and PP barrier films Identify, optimize and standardize processes in the company, analyse production problems (internal and external) and develop solutions Development and evaluation of manufacturing concepts in cooperation with the extrusion and deformation sectors Supporting individual projects, e.g. machine remodels or internal technical support, up to series maturity or final commissioning Support in strategic planning, costing, development and coordination of development and customer projects Support for the production and documentation of sampling and experimental experiments Laboratory analysis and evaluation of process optimizations Support for production, quality assurance and sales in technical enquiries to implement projects

Complete study or training with professional experience or further training as a plastic technician or in process engineering Deep knowledge of extrusion processes Good knowledge of analysis (microtome cuts, DSC, IR) Good knowledge of the extrusion and processing of films Apprenticeship in Six Sigma Secure handling of MS-Office and optimally SAP Good communication skills Structured and analytical methods Working in the team is fun Very good knowledge of German and English (further foreign languages of advantage)
