Information Security Coordinator (m/f/d)

You actively shape the construction, operation and continuous development of information security at ADAC Insurance AG. A special focus is on the implementation and further development of the requirements of the DORA Regulation. In doing so, you will continue to create and develop guidelines and guidelines on information security and ensure their sustainable implementation. In addition, create, check and update information security documentation, policies and processes. Your tasks include carrying out and monitoring risk and business impact analyses as well as deriving, coordinating and tracking appropriate measures. Compliance with information security and insurance regulatory requirements, in particular in the DORA context, shall be ensured by coordinating and monitoring appropriate measures. Record, analyze and evaluate information security incidents. You will develop effective countermeasures and follow their implementation. In addition, you control and coordinate internal and external service providers and accompany internal and external audits, also in the function of the lead auditor. For management, you create reports and advise management on all information security issues. In addition, you will design and organize training and awareness-raising activities and carry out them independently.

You have successfully completed a study of (economic) informatics, information security, economics or a comparable subject. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. Finding knowledge in the fields of technical information security, cloud services as well as relevant standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO/IEC 27001, KRITIS and DORA, along with a strong understanding of information security, risk and emergency management. In addition, you have experience in preparing, monitoring and performing internal and external audits, ideally in the role of the lead auditor. You work independently, structured and with a high self-initiative. The continuous development of information security processes will drive you forward actively. Complex technical and technical issues can be communicated to you in a manner that is addressable and comprehensible and move safely in different interests thanks to your distinct communication and conflict resolution competence.
