Head of the strategic orientation of the MAN Industrial Design into the GUI/UX Design Development of GUI/UX design and ergonomic driver workstation Specification of display/control concepts (including haptics, sound, text, symbol) To carry out analyses and user studies on request collection or Conceptual security Presentation of modern vehicle design / GUI design Support and further development of test benches (HMI and ergonomics) Further development of processes/methods related to HMI and ergonomics Development of an advanced design strategy for future scenarios coordination of relevant customer requirements and detailed vehicle functional requirements Support for the release engineer and the test departments in HMI concept implementation and validation Digital Applications for HMI Concepts Optimization of HMI test processes/methods and VR methods for early concept evaluation Continuous adaptation of the specification processes/methods

Graduate in Human Factors, Media Informatics, Media Technology or Similar Studies Encourage design processes and product development processes 7 to 10 years of professional experience, of which more than 4 years in the automotive sector (passenger car and commercial vehicles), multi-year leadership experience Experience in agile software development Certification according to CPUX-F and CPUX-UR Flowing German and English skills Design competence in the analysis of design trends and derivation for commercial vehicles in coordination with projects A high degree of flexibility and durability under time pressure Willing to be on site more often Pleasure of occasional missions, including abroad
