You complement the development manager in the technical and disciplinary leadership of the development team and continuously develop the department Ensure future and budget implementation of development projects through efficient project management You are responsible for project objectives, budgets, resources, time planning and quality assurance With the development manager, you will take care of the further development of development standards, methods and processes You work with technology decisions Your tasks include the analysis, structuring and prioritization of requirements as well as coordination with internal and external stakeholders Furthermore, identify, evaluate and manage development risks and implement appropriate countermeasures You organize and moderate workshops and strengthen our innovation culture You report to the development manager and the management
