Then you are right with us: for the Academy at the Education Campus (Leitungsteam: Frau Bauer and Frau Fischer), we are looking for a lead of the further education “Intensive care and anaesthesia” at the Education Campus in parttime with 29.25 hours.

Educational, technical and organizational management of continuing education Intensive care and anaesthesia Implementation of the curriculum according to current legal requirements Coordination and ensuring a smooth course of training Ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards and continuous adaptation to new requirements Accompanying and consulting trainees at all stages of qualification Close exchange and cooperation with the fields of intensive care and anaesthesia, direct supervisors and external cooperation partners Ensuring excellent teaching quality in the field of pedagogical requirements and economic efficiency and continuous evaluation of the courses carried out Design and moderation of courses, workshops and practical events Promoting a modern and educational culture and implementing innovative teaching and learning formats

A completed training intensive care and anaesthesia as well as an additional pedagogical qualification with a master's degree (e.g. technical education, studies in the field of nursing education or comparable) or the willingness to acquire such a qualification Multiannual professional experience in intensive care and anaesthesia and ideally in the field of adult education or training Experience in the organization of complex education processes An appreciative approach to training participants, cooperation partners and within the team Organisational skills, innovativeness and design joy Safe handling of digital learning platforms and media
