Regional Information Security Officer (m/f/d)

Implement ISMS regionally: You are responsible for the operational implementation and continuous improvement of the information security management system in your region and ensure that requirements are transferred to practice in a comprehensible manner. Predicting risks: You carry out information security risk management, develop it further and thus create a resilient basis for sound decisions. Safely accompany audits: you plan, control and track information security audits and ensure that measures, evidence and results are documented cleanly. Animate security requirements: You support projects, departments and regional contact persons in implementing organisational and technical security measures and act as a central interface for information security in the region. Strengthen Awareness & Reporting: You promote security awareness through training and awareness-raising, and prepare management reports, as well as relevant evidence for regional stakeholders and Global Information Security.

You have completed your studies in computer science, business informatics, IT/information security or a comparable IT-related study programme. ISMS Practice & Norm Security: You bring well-founded knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and have practical experience with ISMS, information security risk management, internal audits, security measures, documentation and management reporting. Modern technology understanding: You are safe with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint Online and Power BI and have a good understanding of modern IT, cloud and OT environments. Knowledge of Power Automate and LeanIX are desirable. Regulatorik & Qualification: You ideally know requirements regarding NIS2 and GDPR. Training in Information Security Management, ISO/IEC 27001, Risk Management or Auditing, as well as relevant certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM or CRISC are of advantage. Communication internationally: You communicate safely in English in word and writing, work together structuredly with different stakeholders and move confidently in regional coordination, workshops, training and audits. French is desirable.
