For our “Station Development” team in the field of infrastructure planning, we are looking for active support to make railway stations more lively and closer to citizens through experimental, participative model projects.

Your duties

Support and support of experimental and participatory model projects at selected stations in Baden-Württemberg Individual support for local action groups in implementing their activities under the model projects Creating alliances and targeted networks with relevant actors for successful project implementation Close support of the project management for appointments as well as precise logging and evaluation of complex participatory processes Structured documentation and preparation of the experience gained from the model projects to secure best practices for future projects Active participation in public actions such as the ‘Day of Rail’ or railway station festivals Communication and representation of team goals inward and outward

Completed university degree (Bachelor) or comparable qualification First professional experience in the field of civic participation, participative planning and agile or classic project management knowledge of the rail system and the specific challenges in the field of stationary infrastructure Understanding the legal basis at the interface between railway infrastructure and public space Experience in active project work with civil society and local actors Embossed communicative skills, negotiation skills and a safe and professional appearance on behalf of the NVBW Experience in organizing public events and events Creativity, team spirit and a high degree of self-initiative combined with the willingness to regional service trips within Baden-Württemberg
