Head of assembly operations / Assembly manager for heat treatment (m/f/d)

General responsibility for the assembly processes in heat treatment (construction site and plant) Professional and disciplinary leadership of our construction managers and technicians Planning and coordination of operations and capacities across several projects Ensuring quality, schedule, working and safety standards (including SCC, ISO 9001) Active control of personnel, material and equipment use Close coordination with customers, internal specialist departments and management Current reporting on project status, capacities and risks Participation in offering creation and further development of processing processes, standards and team structures

Complete technical training or studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, welding technology, etc.) Multiannual experience in assembly management, construction management or technical project management Additional qualification as welding specialist / welding specialist Practical experience in handling welding and heat treatment processes Clear leadership, enforcement and high sense of responsibility Structured operation and ability to control several projects in parallel Excellent quality and cost awareness Ready to travel in the Rhine-Ruhr area, occasionally nationwide or BeNeLux Very good German knowledge, English knowledge of advantage Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with technical software (e.g. AutoCAD) of advantage
