The area is functionally responsible for the global logistics planning team and provision of guidance and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of logistics planning processes including the negotiation with the logistics provider for HENSOLDT.

Responsibility for the planning, implementation and optimization of logistics processes Analysis of existing processes and identification of potential improvements Development and implementation of process standards and guidelines Cooperation with various departments (e.g. purchasing, production, quality) to ensure a smooth flow of materials Conducting training and workshops to raise awareness of the employees for process optimization Creation of documentation and reports on process indicators and results Participation in the introduction of new technologies and systems for process automation Support for budget planning and monitoring in the field of logistics

Complete studies in the field of logistics, business management or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in logistics or process management Knowledge of process optimization and analysis (e.g. Lean Management, Six Sigma) Experience in handling modern logistics systems and software Excellent analytical skills and structured working Teamability, Communication Strength and Enforcement Good knowledge of English in word and writing are advantageous
