The Schmidt & Söhne group is a dynamic, medium-sized company with four independent car houses in Aschersleben (Sachsen-Anhalt) and in Bergen, Celle and Hermannsburg (Niedersachsen). Our roots date back to 1931 when Paul Schmidt founded our first car house.

These are your tasks:

They accompany our customers on their way to their new Volkswagen - from initial advice to vehicle transfer

• Customer advice: Competent advice on our vehicle models, financial services and individual mobility solutions to accompany the customer on their way to their new Volkswagen.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building long-term customer relationships, active profits of new customers and support of their own customer base with passion and liability.
• Brand representation: representation of the Volkswagen brand with enthusiasm in different contexts, such as in the car house, digitally or at external dates, to ensure a first-class customer experience.

To successfully complete this role, you will have the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Engineer (m/w/d) (VDA/VDIK/ZDK)
