They are responsible for a product portfolio of industrial printing inks (sieve printing and digital printing) for our key-segment packaging/container printing and contribute significantly to market success with innovative and profitable product concepts. Requirements definition & clear objective: You define the international assortment strategy for our products in the Packaging / Container Print segment. In cooperation with industry and machine manufacturers, you develop precise product profiles and ensure efficient and targeted implementation of the specifications in our development teams. Market research & strategic analysis: Recognize international market trends, analyze customer needs and evaluate competitive products – with your in-depth knowledge, you contribute to making strategic decisions and developing innovative products. Product development & interdisciplinary cooperation: In close cooperation with our development teams, you control the entire product development process. They ensure that all technical and functional requirements are met. Challenges are addressed in a solution-oriented manner and drive forward continuous innovation together with our Research and Development Department (R&D). Project Management & Success Control: They keep an overview of the entire project history, set clear milestones, calculate price scenarios and ensure that time and budget specifications are complied with. With structured analyses, quality assurance and risk management, you will ensure the success of our projects. Marketing & successful market launch: They define the optimal positioning and, together with marketing, control the international market launch of our products. They ensure that product strategy, pricing and marketing measures are perfectly matched. They support international sales in the introduction of our products with training and joint customer visits. Team meetings & transparent communication: They regularly present the project stand and share progress, discuss challenges and get feedback from team members. Through your open communication, you promote transparency and cooperation throughout the team to ensure optimal project implementation. Cooperation with our application technology: They regularly agree with our application engineers to ensure that the developed printing inks meet the practical requirements and application scenarios. With your support in tests and tests, make sure that the product performance is continuously improved.

Expertise: They have a degree or a comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in technical product management. A commercial base is an additional plus. Competence in project management: The management of projects from the concept phase to the introduction of the market is your everyday life. They ensure that all projects are implemented on time and in the budget framework. Analytical thinking: They recognise market opportunities at first glance and develop sound product strategies based on precise data analysis. Communication strength: They provide technical information in a clear and comprehensible manner and work effectively and harmoniously with internal teams and external partners. Language skills: With fluent German and good English skills in word and writing, you are well positioned in our international environment.
