We pay an over-tariff salary and, if necessary, Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money and shift supplements after the GVP tariff agreement. Your employment contract is unlimited. As a HR Business Partner, you work closely with executives and support them in all personal and labour law topics Your focus is on recruiting new employees - from the development of modern marketing strategies to the implementation You accompany the entire selection process and make sure that the best talents are won As a contact person for employees and works council, you desire trustful and solution-oriented In addition, you carry out administrative tasks and actively participate in exciting HR projects to further develop staff work
