Your new job As a team leader in the field of System Management, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of product managers in the field of I/Os & IIoT. You drive forward the strategic development of the portfolio and make a significant contribution to positioning our solutions on the market. Leadership, development and control of the product management team Strategic development of the I/Os & IIoT portfolio in close coordination with market and customer needs Active management and implementation of a sustainable portfolio strategy – with a clear focus on market success and sales growth Measuring and evaluating the impact of existing products and new introductions in terms of market success, sales development and profitability Joint development of cross-technology concepts in the sense of a Seamless system – focusing on interoperability, consistency and scalability Promoting cross-functional cooperation with development, sales, marketing and other interfaces Promoting a market-oriented, innovation-driven solution culture in the team

Complete technical studies, ideally in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, technical computer science, etc. Experience gained in technical product management, ideally in automation technology or industrial communication First leadership experience or strong leadership skills with high team orientation Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as high market and technology affinity Understanding complex system landscapes and platform decisions Safe occurrence, pronounced communication capability and high interface competence Very good knowledge of German and English
