Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you are central contact persons for our national and international employees and accompany them in close cooperation with the respective specialist departments in all personal questions. In doing so, you can independently control the entire recruitment process from the creation and publication of the job advertisements, the structured preselection of the applications to the coordination and implementation of the interviews. In addition, you actively contribute to the further development and optimization of our HR processes and focus on digitalization. In close coordination with the specialist departments, you drive forward HR digitization projects and design efficient solutions that sustainably strengthen our HR sector. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the design and implementation of innovative personal marketing measures as well as the planning and organisation of events as well as trade fair appearances.

Successfully completed commercial training with further training in the field of personnel or successfully completed studies in the business sector with a focus on personnel or similar qualifications Multiannual professional experience in human resources, ideally with experience in HR digitalization projects Very good English skills in word and writing Wrongness and discretion Safer in handling MS Office programs and affinity for HR software solutions Ready-to-use, flexibility and sense of responsibility Independent, structured and solution-oriented thinking and working methods as well as team skills
