Working Student - Recruiting (Human)

You'll gain profound experience in recruiting, human resources management and personal marketing. You take your own HR projects and introduce your ideas. You advise our applicant management system: collect, process and take over professional applicant communication. You are planning trials and actively participate in recruitment processes. You create job advertisements and publish them on all our portals You coordinate appointments for discussions, internal voting and onboarding slots. You keep an overview of everything and make clear, structured and binding processes. You take the onboarding of our helpers. You organize job days and recruiting events – from planning to implementation. You’re testing current recruiting, social media and HR technology trends and implementing them together with us.
