Payroll Manager (m/f/d)

As a payroll manager (m/w/d) - preferably in our cement plant Höver near Hanover or alternatively in the main administration in Hamburg - you are responsible for the timely and correct pay bill for a defined employee group taking into account all tax, social insurance and labour law requirements The support of M&A activities and their implementation in the Payroll is also your responsibility You control communication with financial offices, health insurance companies and other external bodies and ensure the timely creation of notifications and certificates The maintenance and management of the personal master files in SAP is your responsibility You are the central player for the Payroll team in technical issues and problems in the SAP environment In close cooperation with our SAP service provider, you implement new legal requirements, create new wage types and drive solutions for payroll relevant system topics As a central contact person, you advise employees and executives competently on pay billing, social security, pay tax and related topics External audits, such as pay tax or social security audits, accompany you as well and are available as the first contact person to the audit bodies. In addition, you will work on individual personal measures and develop meaningful statistics, evaluations and reports for internal stakeholders

You have a completed professional training or alternatively a completed study and brings many years of professional experience in the payroll of an industrial company with Extensive knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law You have a profound SAP system understanding, with a safe handling of common Google applications for you also being of course You like to work project-related and actively contribute to change projects Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing If you are team-ready, independent and absolutely reliable, you fit perfectly into our team
